MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR
Frankie Ballard Winslow 3/20/1935 - 5/5/2019
Obituary for Frankie Jean BallardFrankie Winslow, of Valley Farms, 84, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2019 in Casa Grande, AZ. Frankie was born on March 20, 1935 in Casa Grande/La Palma, Arizona to Terry L. and Flora (Eddings) Smith.
She was the oldest of 4 children; having 3 younger brothers; Terry H. Smith, Paul S. Smith. And Wayne L. Smith. She grew up in Eloy, AZ where her father was the Pastor of the Assembly of God Church in Eloy. In 1951, she met and married William (Bill) Ballard. They were blessed with two girls, Carla (Greg) Boyd of Snowflake, AZ and Susan (George) Herman of Florence, AZ. After the death of Bill, she remained a widow until she met and married Richard Winslow in 2001. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Frankie worked as a bookkeeper for the Arizona Department of Corrections for 35 years. She worked at the original Florence Prison Business office and helped open the Eyman prison and the Douglas prison business offices.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved having everyone come to her house either in Valley Farms or her summer home in Showlow, AZ and just “Hang out!!”. She loved to shop, especially second hand stores, dance, teasing her grandkids and great grandkids, and she loved a “good” argument.
Frankie was a regular attender of the Community Christian Church of Valley Farms. She loved her church, and her church family, (She will be missed).
A Memorial service was held Sunday, May 12, starting at 9:30 am at the Community Christian Church in Valley Farm, with Dr. William Perry, Pastor, conducting a Christian service in Frankie’s honor.
A visitation will be held Tomorrow, Monday, May 13 at 8 am at Heritage Coolidge Funeral Home with a Funeral Service to begin at 9 am interment will take place at Heritage Valley Memorial Park.

PRAY FOR: Todd as he deals with a number of personal issues.
PRAY FOR: Eric, he has a chest cat scan on May 15, .and an ear exam, as his good ear is getting worse.
PRAY FOR: Please keep Fred, Debbie and the medical team in your prayers.
PRAISE FOR: Pastor John, up in North Dakota who is recovering very well from Spine Fusion.
PRAY FOR: Doug and Claudia Beeks as they deal with many issues.
PRAY FOR: Gabe Mendez who has been diagnosed with liver cancer. Gabe is 39 years, and has recently married.
PRAY FOR: Phyllis, for her health
PRAY FOR: Virginia Perry who is 84 and loosing her sight.
PRAY FOR: Barb Ruesch, who is dealing with cancer. Our dear friend Barb is the wife of our friend and CCRM Lead Chaplain Bob Ruesch.
PRAY FOR: The many in and around Valley Farms who are trapped in the ungodly cult of Mormonism and have turned their backs on the true Jesus, and there-fore are not saved, and are on their way to HELL!
PRAY FOR: OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT.
PRAY THAT: All who claim to know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to live as if He is Real in their lives, and will be willing to pay the one debt we all owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE to the Lord Jesus (Romans 13:8)!
PRAY FOR ALL CONCERNED: As Pastor Bill teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). As he teaches the Truth of God's word, and rebukes all false gospel. Pray that many would respond to the Truth of God's Word in love and truth.
