PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

Pray for:  Missionary Dheidrick Hobbs and his wife Joetta as they begin to minister in the Navajo Nation in Arizona.  

The Hobbs Family is being sent out of Strong Hold Baptist Church in Pinon, AZ. The Hobbs were both born and raised on the Reservation. Dheidrick is a graduate of Ganado Baptist Bible College and was trained under the ministry of the Haynes Family. The Hobbs and the Haynes are currently partnering to secure a land site lease from the tribe in Chinle, AZ where Dheidrick and Joetta believe God is sending them to start their first church plant. Navajoland Baptist Missions recommends the Hobbs to you for support as full-time missionary church planters. They are scheduling meetings for full-time deputation in the Fall of 2023. You may reach Dheidrick Hobbs to schedule a deputation meeting at thehobbs19@outlook.com or (928) 693-5835.

Pray for: Jerry and Cheryl Turner, Missionaries, as they prepare to head for the Ukraine in June 2024.

Pray for: Israel, as she responds to the vicious attack on October 7th by this terrorist HAMAS, pray for the many military men and women as well as for the civilians, including women and children who were taken hostage by this terrorist group of thugs. Pray for the families of the many fallen on both sides. Pray that the world will fully support Israel; Pray for the peace of Israel.

Pray for: Greg and Vicky Kaiser. their son Dustin and his wife, and daughter Angel, as well as their younger son Daniel.

 

Pray for: Our grandchildren, John and Ayla and their children, as they relocate to the Nashville, TN area.

Pray for: Pastor Bill and his wife Kathy as they set out on a new adventure the Lord has called them to.

Pray for:  Pastor Bill and Kathy for health and the Lord's will as they seek His continuous leading for our life.

Pray for:  For our nation that once more we would truly be "One Nation, indivisible, under God with liberty and justice for all."  But God cannot bless sin.  We must understand that.

Pray for:  Our Churches, the Kingdom of God, that all who claim the name of Christ return to the Church.  Apart from God, politicians will never get this country back on track.  Repentance is necessary.

Pray for: Our Missionaries, as they labor for the Lord.

Pray that: It would be understood, that alone, as an individual, you are not the Church, not Until We, as Believers, Gather Together in His Name, as a Congregation, do we become a Church; the Bride of Christ! COME TO CHURCH! Hebrews 10: 24-25.

Praise for: The fear has subsided in our land; in our nation, state and city, as our trust once again is turned to the God of all creation.  FEAR NOT!  For I am with you says the Lord God! 

PRAY FOR: The many that are unsaved, in and around Valley Farms. Rebuke, and hold back the ungodly cult of Mormonism. These people who have turned their backs on the true Jesus, and therefore are by no means saved, but are on their way to an Eternity in HELL!

PRAY FOR: Salvation for OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT.

PRAY THAT: All who claim to know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to live as if He is Real in their lives and will be willing to pay the one debt, we all owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE to the Lord Jesus (Romans 13:8)!

PRAY FOR ALL CONCERNED: As Pastor Bill teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). As he teaches the Truth of God's word and rebukes all false gospels. Pray that many would respond to the Truth of God's Word in love and truth.

5.   CHURCH IS THE ONLY PLACE ON EARTH THAT THE LORD HAS SET UP, ORDAINED AND DESIGNATED AS A __________ OF CARING AND COMFORT FOR HIS CHILDREN HERE IN THIS WORLD.

 

6.   WHEN CHRISTIANS DON’T GO TO CHURCH THEY ARE IN REBELLION AND THIS IS A ____________ OF THE HEART.  IN THE BIBLE, THIS REBELLION IS __________ A FALLING AWAY.

 

7.   THE LORD CALLS US TO LIFT UP ONE ANOTHER.  WE NEED ________ OTHER.  (HEBREWS 3:12-15)

 

8.   IT’S NOT O.K. FOR BELIEVERS TO STAY __________ FROM CHURCH.  (HEBREWS 10:25; 1 THESSALONIANS 5:9-11; EPHESIANS 5:15-21)

 

9.   WE NEED TO BE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE UNDERSHEPHERD, UNDER THE PASTOR OF THE ________ CHURCH, THE MAN THE LORD GOD HAS APPOINTED OVERSEER OF THE LOCAL CONGREGATION. (1 TIM 3:1-5)

 

10. YOU CAN BE A CHRISTIAN AND NOT BE __________ WITH A LOCAL CHURCH.  BUT!!  YOU CANNOT WITHOUT BEING DISOBEDIENT TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST—THE LORD OF THE BIBLE.

 

11. IF YOU LOVE THE LORD YOU WILL _________ TO SERVE HIM THROUGH OBEDIENCE. (1 SAM 15:22; TITUS 3:1)

 

12. THE FIRST LOOK OF THE CHURCH MUST BE __________ CHRIST, WHO IS HER HEAD, HER LORD, AND HER ALL IN ALL.

 

13. THE CHURCH MUST BE SELF-REGARDING AND EXAMINE HERSELF CONSTANTLY TO SEE IF SHE IS WHOLLY IN THE FAITH.  THE CHURCH MUST ENGAGE IN SEVERE SELF-CRITICISM—_________ GOD WITH ALL HER HEART.

 

14. THE CHURCH MUST BE WORLD-REGARDING, TO KNOW AT _____ TIMES WHY SHE’S HERE ON THIS EARTH.  (ROMANS 1:14-15)

 

15. THE TASK OF THE CHURCH IS THREE FOLD: (1.) TO ______ FOR THE FLOCK.  (2.) TO _________ CHRISTIANITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD; (3.) TO MAKE SURE THE CHRISTIANITY THAT SHE SPREADS IS PURE.  (MATTHEW 28:16-20; TITUS 3:9-11)

 

16. PASTORS HAVE A MANDATE.  PASTORS MUST CARE FOR THE _____ THAT THE LORD HAS GIVEN OVER TO THEIR CARE AND THEY MUST MAKE SURE THAT THEIR ___________ IS CHRIST HONORING.

 

17. THE CHURCH’S FIRST OBLIGATION IS TO BE SPIRITUALLY WORTHY TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL IN THE FIRST PLACE.  JESUS _________ BE LEADING THE CHURCH.

 

18. AS THE WORD SIN IS REMOVED FROM OUR VOCABULARIES _________ HAVE GOTTEN WORSE.

 

19. MENNINGER’S PRESCRIPTION FOR VANISHING SIN IS FOR PASTORS TO ________ THE TRUTH, TO TELL IT LIKE IT IS, KEEP THE PULPIT PURE, AND CRY OUT FOR REPENTANCE.

 

20. _____ ONLY HOPE IS JESUS CHRIST.  JOHN 14:6 “NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.”

SALVATION: Not only to Eternity in Heaven, but from Eternity in Hell! You MUST, first of all: Humble yourself and Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of a Savior:

* Mark 1:15 "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all.”

•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus

•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance

•Acts 20:21 “solemnly testifying to both Jews and Greeks of repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!

•Romans 10:9 “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;"

•Romans 10:13 “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?"

•Romans 10:17 “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ."

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you search for Me with all your (being) heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the ONLY way to SALVATION, AND IT IS WORTH IT!
