As the Senior Pastor of this church, called by God to oversee His Church in Valley Farms, it is my responsibility from God to care for the flock; see that His Church is always God honoring; That His Word is taught without compromise.

A POWERFUL TRUTH:
The Word of God is alive and Powerful! When truly heard, this Word will awaken the spiritually dead.  His Word, when accepted as truth; will save men from their sin, therefore... “How can they hear without a preacher?” – Romans 10: 13-15.

Difficult Decisions

Many times, in life we are faced with difficult decisions. Frequently these decisions can be both emotional and painful. In times kike this we can find ourselves seeking both wisdom and guidance; sometimes unsure where to turn. When we find ourselves in such a difficult situation, there is good news; as believers in Jesus Christ we are never alone. As Christians we need only to reach out to God, through the Lord Jesus, to find direction from His Word, the Bible.

Our gracious and loving God freely offers the gift wisdom to all of us, through His Word, also, as we seek wisdom through prayer, having trust in His word. Looking to James 1:5 “Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly and it will be given to him.”

God freely offers each of us wisdom, for the asking; what a wonderful provision! Knowing the Holy Bible is truth, we can take Him at His Word; asking through prayer we can trust we will be given wisdom.

Ultimately it comes down to having full trust in Jesus as Lord, and that His Word is True. Although we may not fully understand God’s decision and direction, and truly, it may be different from our expectation, yet, we must trust completely in Him, as He sees the end from the beginning. Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Just as important as seeking wisdom and guidance from God, is patience. Sometimes it can seem He’s not listening, or answering our prayers, but instead, God is working behind the scenes for you, and the time is not yet right for Him to reveal His answer. Psalm 37:7 - “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.”

As we seek to attain Wisdom from the Lord God, we may also reach out for advice and direction from trusted people during the struggle. However, in doing so, we must be cautious to seek advice and direction from those that are not only both wise and trusted, but also from godly people that walk with the Lord Jesus. If you go about asking anyone and everyone for advice, you will likely get a lot of advice on anything and everything. In the Bible, in Proverbs 13:20 we are told, “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” Listen when you receive advice from a wise and trusted source. Proverbs 19:20 “Listen to advice and accept instruction, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.”

The only solution to making difficult decisions in life, is to seek God who offers Wisdom, Guidance, and Comfort during those difficult times. Making those decisions can be difficult, and even more so, if we take our eyes off the Lord, and His Wisdom. One of the first questions we should ask is; "Lord, what are you trying to teach me?" Many times, during the learning process, life can be filled with hurt and emotion, This can be a time to grow in our faith; growing closer and acknowledging the Lord in all your ways as He directs your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight.”

• When a child is reached for Christ, 3.5% of the family will follow.

• When a mother is reached for Christ, 17% of her family will follow.

• When a father is reached for Christ, 93% of his family will follow.  (Per the Heritage Foundation)

• THE LORD S CALLING FAITHFUL MEN TO LEAD THEIR FAMILIES!

PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR: Chum and Callie in Michigan.

PRAY FOR JACK OVITT, Todd,s dad, as he has had a minor stroke, and is going through some tests. Latest word, he has an artery that's plugged. Continue to pray.

PRAY FOR MICHELLE AND HER HUSBAND DON:  She is still fighting with cancer.

PRAY FOR PASTOR BILL: As he finishes up his series that may on What it means to follow Jesus!

PRAISE BE TO GOD:  Debbie's operation to remove the cancerous thyroid WENT REALLY WELL! Thanks for your prayers. 

PLEASE ADD FRED TO YOUR PRAYER LIST..  Fred, Debbie's Husband, has been diagnosed with a stage 1 cancer.  Please keep them both in your prayers.

PRAY FOR Eric: For his work situation.  His eyes are getting better, but his ears are getting worse.  Please continue to pray. 

PRAY: We would always keep the pulpit of the Community Christian Church Sacred and free from the Secular/Profane.

PRAY FOR: Pastor Bill and the Leadership team of the Community Christian Church of Valley Farms to maintain a Separation between the Profane ( the Secular) and the Pure (the Spiritual) ; between the Holy and the Unholy; protecting the Sanctity and Purity of the Pulpit as the place where the TRUTH OF GOD'S WORD is PROCLAIMED! 

PRAY FOR: The ones in our church who are caught up in the sin of alcohol (drinking),  and   tobacco (smoking), that they would realize the need to FIGHT, and seek the Lord's Help in being  released from this sin.

PRAY/ PRAISE: For Assistant Pastor Todd, as he continues with his studies into the Master's of Divinity program at Seminary. Give him wisdom Lord!

PRAY FOR: Wisdom for our President and his joint chiefs as they consider Syria  and their Russian threat!

PRAISE THE LORD: For His sure PRESCRIPTION for fixing any discouragement. It is The Lord Jesus, as He acts through our friends and loved ones-Thank you Lord for your love.

PRAY FOR: The many in Arizona, in and around Valley Farms who are trapped in the ungodly cult of Mormonism and have turned their back on the true Jesus, and there-fore are not saved, and are on their way to HELL!

PRAY FOR: The True  Church of Jesus Christ (NOT THE MORMONS) TO NOT give in to the pressure from the world for Spiritual Correctness, ( that we would confront the make-believer who claims to be believers with the true Gospel of Jesus Christ). The Lord has not given a License to Sin! 

PRAY FOR:  OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT,  as they make their pick of a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE!  A very important decision for the nation!  

PRAY THAT: All who are attending the Community Christian Church, as well as all who have ever attended- The Lord Jesus knows who you are, and He knows your needs. We pray that He will meet your every need. If your need is Salvation, and you have not yet accepted the Lord's invitation to join His family of believers by being born again, I pray that today will be the day you make that decision..

PRAY THAT: All who claim to  know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to live as if He is Real in their lives, and  will be willing to pay the one debt we owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE (Romans 13:8)! 

PRAY THAT:  All men who are called into the pastorate would understand the need to separate themselves from the sins of the world, to study to gain advanced Training into a deeper and broader understanding of the LORD JESUS CHRIST & the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 2:15)

PRAY FOR: Pastor Bill as he teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2).  Also that the congregation would encourage him, and continue to love and encourage one another ( John 13:34).

PRAY FOR: Our Church to continue in our Teaching God's Word Without Compromise.

SALVATION:  Not only to Eternity in Heaven, but from Eternity in Hell!  You MUST, first of all:  Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of a Savior:

•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles on one (point), he has become guilty of all.”

•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus

•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance

•Acts 20:21 “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!

•Romans 10:9 “…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as  Lord,  and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”

•Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him Who they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?

•Romans 10:17 “So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways, and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the only way to  SALVATION,  AND IT IS WORTH IT! 

 CALL UPON (THE FULLNESS OF) THE NAME OF JESUS AND YOU WILL BE SAVED!
