As you may recall, I substituted for Sean Hannity on the Fox News Channel, and invited Franklin Graham, Dr. Robert Jeffress and the American Renewal Project's David Lane to be my guests. A word to my pastor friends:  Donald Trump used a term the American Renewal Project's pastors and pews event in Orlando, in association with the repeal of the Johnson Amendment-- "Leverage". Mr. Trump said the Evangelical pastors influence in the public square had been severely damaged since TX Senator Lyndon Johnson wrote and passed the bill -- as a reaction to conservative opposition in his run for reelection in 1954. If Evangelical and Pro-Life Catholic Believers stay home on November 8, 2016, like we did in 2012 and 2008, we have only ourselves to blame for the collapse of the Biblical-based culture in America. You, His under-shepherds, must lead the way for the spiritual resurrection of America.  No one believes, as Chuck Colson said, that the Kingdom of God is going to arrive on Air Force One. But somebody's values are going to be represented in the public square, and we must engage the culture with men and women of Issachar who "know the times and know what to do." PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

PRAY: The Church would not give in to the pressure from the world for spiritual correctness, ( in not confronting the make-believer who claims to be believers), yet they continue in their disobedience, of living like HELL! (1 John 2:19). Pray that the church would be strong,  yet compassionate in their confrontation.

Pray for:  The up-coming Presidential ELECTION!!  GET OUT AND VOTE!!!

Pray: That many will sign up as we plan our study of "The Truth Project".

Pray for:  My Brother Chuck was admitted to the hospital.  He's weak and in need of prayer.

Pray for:  Our police officers who are under attack.

Pray for: Cindy Stacy, as she prepares for ministry in Zambia.

Pray for: Wendy- who is dealing with cancer-

Pray that: All who are attending the Community Christian Church, as well as all who have ever attended- The Lord Jesus knows who you are, and He knows your needs. We pray that He will meet your every need. If your need is Salvation, and you have not yet accepted the Lord's invitation to join His family of believers by being born again, I pray that today will be the day you make that decision..

Pray for: a friend, a Pastor in Mississippi, James H. who is battling colon cancer.

Please continue praying for Hope.  This 12 year old is making progress but she has a long road ahead of her.  

Pray that: all who know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start live as if they do, and  will be willing to pay the one debt we owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE (Romans 13:8)! 

Pray for:  Michele who is having trouble with her Cushings Disease caused from the steroids.  So please pray for her to get through trying to get off the steroids.

Pray for: A.P. Todd as he is having some physical problems with a tear to his shoulder rotator cuff, as well as the possibility of a spinal disk problem.

Pray: That all men who are called into the pastorate would know the need to study to gain advanced Training for a deeper and broader  understanding of the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 2:15)

Pray for: Pastor Bill as he teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). Also that the congregation would continue to love and encourage one another ( John 13:34).

THE PLAN OF SALVATION (NKJV)

 Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of Saving

•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles on one (point), he has become guilty of all.”

•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus

•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance

•Acts 20:21 “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!

•Romans 10:9 “…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as  Lord,  and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”

•Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him Who they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?

•Romans 10:17 “So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways, and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the only way to  SALVATION,  AND IT IS WORTH IT! 

 CALL UPON (THE FULLNESS OF) THE NAME OF JESUS AND YOU WILL BE SAVED!
