PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

PRAY: The Church would give up on the pressure from the world for spiritual correctness, (not confronting the make-believer who claims to be believers), yet continue in their disobedience, of living like HELL! 1 John 2:19. Pray that the church would be strong, yet compassionate in their confrontation.

Praise: That our church steeple has arrived!! THANK YOU LORD!

Praise: For Kathy's surgery.  It's healing nicely

Pray: For all who are attending the Community Christian Church, as well as all who have ever attended- The Lord Jesus knows who you are, and He knows your needs. We pray that He will meet all your needs. If your need is Salvation, and you have not yet accepted the Lord's invitation to join His family by being born again into the Family of God, I pray that today will be the day you make that decision..

Pray for my friend, Pastor John W. that he would be encouraged in every way to continue to  PREACH THE WORD!

Pray/Praise for:  12 year old Hope. She has been upgraded, and has moved into a rehab center, We serve a Great God.
.
Pray: that all who know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to pay the one debt we owe for our Salvation; the debt of LOVE (Romans 13:8)!

Continue to pray for Michele who has started her radiation.

Pray for: Carol and her sister Gail, who is very ill with cancer.  Pray that Carol and her sister Gail,  would accept Jesus as Savior.

Pray for: Carol's grandson, and her family.

Praise the Lord: As Todd continues to grow in the Lord

Pray that all men who are called into the pastorate would know the need to study to gain an advanced Training for a deeper and broader  understanding of the Bible (2 Timothy 2:15)

Pray for: Pastor Bill as he teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). Also that the congregation would continue to love and encourage one another ( John 13:34).

THE PLAN OF SALVATION (NKJV)

 Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of Saving
•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles on one (point), he has become guilty of all.”

•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus
•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance
•Acts 20:21 “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!
•Romans 10:9 “…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as  Lord,  and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”

•Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him Who they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?

•Romans 10:17 “So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways, and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the only way to  SALVATION,  AND IT IS WORTH IT! 

 CALL UPON (THE FULLNESS OF) THE NAME OF JESUS AND YOU WILL BE SAVED!

    I can't believe it's been 15 years! I was in college at Mizzou .. this was right after Ronnie and I got married. It was my senior year and I was getting ready for work watching the Today Show and watched the second plane go into the second tower live on air. It was terrifying. I called Ronnie immediately and told him what was happening. Then I debated going to school. I only went in because I didn't want to be alone at home. We spent the entire day in one classroom watching the news coverage and learning how to cover tragic live happening events. It was crazy!

    It does feel like yesterday. I was at work and Tracy had called me and said a plane had hit the world trade center. I thought it was a small single engine type and thought it was a pilot that had engine problems and lost control. I soon found out it was a 747 jet and once the 2nd one hit everyone knew it was intentional. On the way home I remember seeing and smelling the smoke and thinking of the families that were going to be affected by this. It was very emotional. I recall that most of the workers were told to stay in the building in the thinking that the fire would be put out and at that point the evacuation would take place. The master planner (Bin Laden)of this knew that the top of the building would cause a domino effect once the steel beams weakened. Not sure if we knew that. We learned a lot that day, sadly at the expense of a thousand people. It is a great thing that we remember this every year. It keeps us just angry enough to be alert...

    I have an opportunity to teach 2,000 children a week the Bible in the city of Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. I am working with church planter David Rea and his family. I have been on fulltime deputation since May of last year and I am at 85%. My estimated departure time is early this October or as soon as I have 100% of my monthly support.

    Please prayerfully consider having me present in your church the Lord's mission for the lost souls of Zambia. Thank you for your time. God bless you.

    Hello PB,

    There is much I do not understand in the Book of The Revelation - but it seems that many who are in The Lord's church will go through Trials, persecution and Tribulation.

    I thank you for the teaching you share with me PB .... and I value our friendship.

    Pastor Bill, we love your teaching, and it so encouraging to know that ALL true Believers will head out to Heaven at the Rapture, the ones from the past, as well as the ones still alive. PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS GREAT LOVE!!
