WHY REACH OUT AND MINISTER TO MEN?

• When a child is reached for Christ, 3.5% of the family will follow.

• When a mother is reached for Christ, 17% of her family will follow.

• When a father is reached for Christ, 93% of his family will follow.  (Per the Heritage Foundation)

• THE LORD S CALLING FAITHFUL MEN TO LEAD THEIR FAMILIES!

PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

PRAY: The Church would not give in to the pressure from the world for Spiritual Correctness, (that is, not confronting the make-believer who claims to be believers), yet they continue in their disobedience, as if the Lord has given them a License to Sin! (1 John 2:19). Pray that the Church would be Strong,  yet compassionate in their confrontation.

Pray for:  OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT, as they take their posts, THEY NEED OUR PRAYERS!!  

Pray for: "The Gospel in the Stars". 

Pray for: Sandy Wilcox, as she is dealing with some health problems.

Pray for:  our son Eric  A Couple more tests came back. -white blood cell count (low)  --in the spinal fluid everything was good with one exception... **a very high amount of protein**  A typical measurement is 60 and Eric's is up in the 200s.  The neurologist is a bit baffled but is waiting for additional tests to come in.  He also thinks, because Eric's vision and hearing haven't gotten worse over the last 3 weeks that maybe he had an infection that caused all this and is now gone.

If the remaining tests come back fine, the doctor wants him to see an infectious disease doctor to see if they can find something...

This is turning into a Dr. House episode.

We thank you for your continued prayers.

Pray for:  Pastor John Whitaker who is recovering from foot surgery. Also, Pastor John has seen the need for additional study, is starting his continuing education.

Pray for:  Our police officers.

Pray for:  12 year old Hope.  Please continue to pray.  Her therapy and school tutoring are now being done outside the home.  The pain and sleepless nights are still a big issue.  The medication that caused so many of the issues should be running out of it's effect soon.  Pray that her body can continue to heal.

Pray that: All who are attending the Community Christian Church, as well as all who have ever attended- The Lord Jesus knows who you are, and He knows your needs. We pray that He will meet your every need. If your need is Salvation, and you have not yet accepted the Lord's invitation to join His family of believers by being born again, I pray that today will be the day you make that decision..

Pray that: all who know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to live as if they do, and  will be willing to pay the one debt we owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE (Romans 13:8)! 

Pray: That all men who are called into the pastorate would know the need to study to gain advanced Training into a deeper and broader  understanding of the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 2:15)

Pray for: Pastor Bill as he teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). Also that the congregation would encourage him, and continue to love and encourage one another ( John 13:34).

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus

•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance

•Acts 20:21 “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!

•Romans 10:9 “…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as  Lord,  and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”

•Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him Who they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?

•Romans 10:17 “So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways, and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the only way to  SALVATION,  AND IT IS WORTH IT! 

 CALL UPON (THE FULLNESS OF) THE NAME OF JESUS AND YOU WILL BE SAVED!
