PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS

Pray for: The up-coming National election in the USA.

Pray for: Missionary, Stephen Sandala and his family as they prepare with their support for serving in Czechia.

Pray for: Missionary Deidrick Hobbs and his wife Joetta as they begin to minister in the Navajo Nation in Arizona.

Pray for: Jerry and Cheryl Turner, Missionaries, as they prepare to head for the Ukraine in June 2024.

Pray for: Israel, as she responds to the vicious attack on October 7th by this terrorist HAMAS, pray for the many military men and women as well as for the civilians, including women and children who were taken hostage by this terrorist group of thugs. Pray for the families of the many fallen on both sides. Pray that the world will fully support Israel; Pray for the peace of Israel.

Pray for: Greg and Vicky Kaiser. their son Dustin and his wife, and daughter Angel, as well as their younger son Daniel.

Pray for: Our grandchildren, John and Ayla and their children, as they relocate to the Nashville, TN area.

Pray for: Pastor Bill and his wife Kathy as they set out on a new adventure the Lord has called them to.

Pray for: Pastor Bill and Kathy for health and the Lord's will as they seek His continuous leading for our life.

Pray for: For our nation that once more we would truly be "One Nation, indivisible, under God with liberty and justice for all." But God cannot bless sin. We must understand that.

Pray for: Our Churches, the Kingdom of God, that all who claim the name of Christ return to the Church. Apart from God, politicians will never get this country back on track. Repentance is necessary.

Pray for: Our Missionaries, as they labor for the Lord.

Pray that: It would be understood, that alone, as an individual, you are not the Church, not Until We, as Believers, Gather Together in His Name, as a Congregation, do we become a Church; the Bride of Christ! COME TO CHURCH! Hebrews 10: 24-25.

Praise for: The fear has subsided in our land; in our nation, state and city, as our trust once again is turned to the God of all creation. FEAR NOT! For I am with you says the Lord God!

PRAY FOR: The many that are unsaved, in and around Valley Farms. Rebuke, and hold back the ungodly cult of Mormonism. These people who have turned their backs on the true Jesus, and therefore are by no means saved, but are on their way to an Eternity in HELL!

PRAY FOR: Salvation for OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT.

PRAY THAT: All who claim to know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start to live as if He is Real in their lives and will be willing to pay the one debt, we all owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE to the Lord Jesus (Romans 13:8)!

PRAY FOR ALL CONCERNED: As Pastor Bill teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). As he teaches the Truth of God's word and rebukes all false gospels. Pray that many would respond to the Truth of God's Word in love and truth.

“True Worship”
Matthew 28:1-20; 16-20

1.   ____ is the essence of all beauty.
2.   God has created us with a deep hunger to _ Him.
3.   Post cards and posters of rock stars or scenic tours and glossy books have never __ the deep, deep longing of our heart.

7.   We long to see and know a person whose power is __, whose kindness is _ and unending, whose purpose is single and unflinching, yet wide and encompassing.
8.   Substitutes will not do the job; to be satisfied we must have the  thing. We must see the real thing, the original of all ___, kindness, and purposefulness.
9.   We  see and worship the true risen Christ.
10.  After His resurrection  appears first to the women in Matthew 28:9.
11.  Jesus’ then appears to the eleven _ in Galilee. (Matthew 28:17)
12.  The proper response to the risen Christ is ___. Matthew opens a window for us into the glory of the risen Christ. It is to be a window of worship.
13.  Seeing the fullness of the resurrection of Christ, should certify once and for all that _ is truly the Son of God.
14.  On this Resurrection Sunday, it is a great day, as we _____ our conviction that Jesus Christ is no mere man, no mere angel, no mere created being.
15.  Jesus Christ is One who is from everlasting to everlasting. _ is God, by whom and through whom and for whom __ things exist.

21.  Jesus shows pure kindness, overflowing kindness, a bonus from the big heart of the risen _ when he intercepts the women in Matthew 28:5-10 and tells them not to be afraid, but to tell the disciples that he will meet them in Galilee.
22.  If you will go to the place of true repentance, Jesus  __ you with these wonderful words: “Rejoice! Do not be afraid!” This is wonderful evidence of His kindness.
23.  The risen Christ has a purpose. He knows  he reigns, “…all authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and _ _ of all nations…” Matthew 28:18-19
24.  The purpose of the risen Christ is to empower His , to make His authority known in every culture on earth.

SALVATION: Not only to Eternity in Heaven, but from Eternity in Hell! You MUST, first of all: Humble yourself and Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of a Savior:

* Mark 1:15 "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all.”

•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus

•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Turn to God in Repentance

•Acts 20:21 “solemnly testifying to both Jews and Greeks of repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!

•Romans 10:9 “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;"

•Romans 10:13 “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

•Romans 10:14 “How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?"

•Romans 10:17 “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ."

•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you search for Me with all your (being) heart.”

It may not be easy to give up your old sinful ways and turn in faith to Jesus Christ; but it is the ONLY way to SALVATION, AND IT IS WORTH IT!

Dear friends,

Thank you for praying for Ardis and Grant’s brother-in-law Jon Pikett. Jon lost his battle with cancer earlier today, so it is with very heavy hearts that we send this update to our Shalom friends and followers. Jon was deeply loved by his family and friends, as well as by his church and his colleagues at work.

He was a really great guy who loved his Lord. He will be sorely missed, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who held him and his family up before the throne of grace. This is a moment that is precious in the sight of our God, but of course painful nonetheless for those who knew Jon, especially his family. Please continue to pray for his wife and seven children as they move forward without him. We rejoice with Jon that his physical pain has ceased for eternity and that he is in the glorious presence of Yeshua, beholding Him face to face!

Pray for: "KE"

Please be in prayer for our dear friend in Israel, “KE,” who we have mentioned in previous prayer requests and newsletters. Shortly after we arrived in Israel, she informed us that she had been diagnosed with melanoma that has reached her lymph nodes. She is getting great treatment, but the situation is very serious. I asked her if we could send out a prayer request for her to our ministry friends, and she agreed. She does not know the Messiah as her Savior, so please pray that she would see her need for Yeshua as we have talked with her about this many times. We are hoping to be able to visit with her in her home on Monday. We love her very much, and our hearts are aching.

Please continue to pray for the Medical Mission Team. We have seen much fruit through the activities of the team, and I'm looking forward to giving an informative summary in our next newsletter. It's been an extremely busy and challenging time to minister in this way while Israel is at war, but the Lord is blessing in incredible ways. Some of you may have heard about the terrorist attack near Jerusalem this morning. This will likely result in additional road closings that may make it difficult for the team to get to the village in the West Bank that we have been serving in. Please pray that the Lord will give us wisdom and guidance in the decisions that need to be made in these final days of the 2024 Medical Mission Team.
