COMMENT FROM AN INTERNET CONTRIBUTOR: "HEY PASTOR BILL, YOU SOUND LIKE YOU HAVE AN AGENDA WHEN YOU PREACH!"
YOU BET I DO! (BUT ONLY ONE!) To teach the Truth! To teach that all roads do not lead to Heaven. Only the narrow road, that leads to repentance! Through Obedience to following Jesus Christ as Lord. All other roads lead to hell and destruction (John 8:32).

WHY REACH OUT AND MINISTER TO MEN?
- When a child is reached for Christ, 3.5% of the family will follow.
- When a mother is reached for Christ, 17% of her family will follow.
- When a father is reached for Christ, 93% of his family will follow. (Per the Heritage Foundation)

THE REASON FOR THE SEASON
PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISE REPORTS
PRAY: For the Season--That we would all remember that the True Reason for the Season is Jesus Christ.
PRAY: For Todd's Dad.
PRAY: For Ric and Frankie as they battle this cold virus.
PRAY: The Church would not give in to the pressure from the world for Spiritual Correctness, (that is, not confronting the make-believer who claims to be believers), yet they continue in their disobedience, as if the Lord has given them a License to Sin! (1 John 2:19). Pray that the Church would be Strong, yet compassionate in their confrontation.
Pray for: OUR PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT ELECT AS THEY APPOINT THEIR CABINET, THEY NEED OUR PRAYERS!!
Pray: That many will sign up as we plan our study of "The Truth Project".
Pray for: Our police officers who are under attack.
Pray that: All who are attending the Community Christian Church, as well as all who have ever attended- The Lord Jesus knows who you are, and He knows your needs. We pray that He will meet your every need. If your need is Salvation, and you have not yet accepted the Lord's invitation to join His family of believers by being born again, I pray that today will be the day you make that decision..
Please continue praying for Hope. This 12 year old is making progress but she has a long road ahead of her.
Pray that: all who know Jesus as Lord and Savior would start live as if they do, and will be willing to pay the one debt we owe for our Salvation; that is the debt of LOVE (Romans 13:8)!
Pray for: Michele who is having trouble with her Cushings Disease caused from the steroids. So please pray for her to get through trying to get off the steroids.
Pray: That all men who are called into the pastorate would know the need to study to gain advanced Training for a deeper and broader understanding of the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 2:15)
Pray for: Pastor Bill as he teaches God's Word (1 Timothy 2:2). Also that the congregation would continue to love and encourage one another ( John 13:34).

THE PLAN OF SALVATION (NKJV)
Admit You Are a Sinner in Need of Saving
•James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles on one (point), he has become guilty of all.”
•Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
•Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Accept God’s Love through the/Sacrifice in His Son Jesus
•Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Turn to God in Repentance
•Acts 20:21 “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”
Trust the Fullness Jesus Christ!
•Romans 10:9 “…if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”
•Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”
•Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him Who they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
•Romans 10:17 “So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”
•Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek Me (God) and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

NEWS FROM THE PERRY'S!
As the year 2016 ends, here
we are this year, sitting at the fireplace in San Manuel, AZ, making the most
of the moment, with another year before us, and I might add, with great expectations.
As we now pause for time to give thanks to Him for His many, many blessings.
This year with the loss of our son Steve
in November in a diving accident, it is hard to get into the merriment of the
season. But as we focus on the One the season is about, it helps to know that
Steve is resting in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus, in Heaven. For the most
part, it has been a year of great blessing- We are both thankful to be able to
serve our Lord in music and in the pulpit, Thank You Lord! This year we added a
steeple to our church, and thanks to Ric Winslow, get some of the renovations
completed in the back area of the church as well. The Lord is still blessing us
as we serve the church in Valley Farms. Once more we have seen some come into
fellowship, and unfortunately, we have seen some leave. Over all, we are
excited with the Valley Farms attendance, as well as the world-wide viewings,
that have reached an excess of 2,000 weekly. In November we were blessed to
have our daughter Jennifer and grand-daughter Kiley from Colorado visit us for
Thanksgiving.
Ministry Travels: In
June we made a visit to the Fred and Sandy Wilcox home in Sparta, Michigan
where we were shown the sights of the area. We truly enjoyed our stay. From
Sparta we headed North where we met our son Eric at the Mackinaw Bridge. We
enjoyed visiting with many friends in and around L’Anse and Baraga in Michigan,
located at the lower tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula. From there we stopped by
Browerville, Minnesota for a visit with Dal and Carrie King.
It was in June, we made a trip back to Indiana
to participate in the graduation at Newburgh Seminary and College of the Bible.
On our way out, we stopped by to see Shirley, who lives in Secrecy, AR. On our
return home we took the opportunity to stop by Parker, CO for a few days with
Ronnie, Jennifer and Kiley.
This year we continued
to be involved helping with the chapel
at “Logos Christian School in Casa Grande. Kathy is serving on the
School Board in Coolidge. It is such a
blessing to see Todd Ovitt growing in the Lord, and able
to take more responsibility at the church, as he is now taking the pulpit once
a quarter. We continue to thank the Lord daily for him. We continue to be
humbled, yet excited, that the Lord would entrust us with the responsibility
and joy of pastoring the Community
Christian Church here in Valley Farms, Thank you Jesus!
This year Pastor
Bill had his 3nd book published, we are excited to see how well
books from last year are doing . We continue to work at our writing as the Lord
allows. We are now getting ready for Christmas and the New Year. Looking
forward to what the Lord has for us, what an exciting time to be living, to be
able to witness God’s work first hand in the affairs of men and women, here in
the Southwest, and through the internet, even throughout the world, knowing that
His return for His Church could be any
moment. Blessed be the Name of the
Lord Jesus Christ.
One of our greatest JOYs
this time of the year, is to welcome back to Arizona our returning “Snow Bird” church
family and friends, WELCOME BACK FRIENDS!
As we approach the
end of the year, and move into 2017, it will be 20 years, we at the Community
Christian Church have been serving the Lord, changing lives with the Truth of
God’s Word, one at a time. We continue to look forward to getting to know our
church family in a deeper way, as we continue to “Preach the Word; WITHOUT COMPRIMISE.” It has been truly
a full year for us as the Lord continues to use us, as we make ourselves fully
available to His direction, in order that He may use us in whatever way He sees
fit. We are in His hands!
We close this year with
a picture of our son Steve. We will miss you son, but KNOW YOU ARE IN THE ARMS
OF GOD. Jesus Christ is the REASON FOR
THE SEASON! We are KEEPING THE MAIN
THING, THE MAIN THING, and teach the
Word of God Without Compromise!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
In His Service, and for
His Glory,
Pastor Bill & Mrs.
Kathy Perry
